Whether by an anniversary Ford Mustang the vision of model was presented by Jakokka (Lee Iacocca). The former president Ford as whom consider as father Mustang, has received invitation Shelby to create a special series of cars such with what he sees them.

The full name of a car sounds as 2009 1/2 Iacocca 45th Anniversary Edition Ford Mustang. Its body developed Michel Leone (Michael Leone) and became Gaffoglio Family Metalcrafters. Visually the car is distinguished by the updated front part and the drowned head lights. Inside exclusive Mustang has received leather interior Diamond Design, a wheel with a logo “I” and aluminium mouldings with a surname of the founder. The secret of Germans is simple: take classical Mustang S-Code Fastback the sample of 1967, fit on it bodi-whale Shelby GT 500 and complete 5,7-litre V8 manufactures Ford. Capacity of the power unit makes only 350 h.p. that, however, is small in comparison with official car from founders of a film which can brag 770 h.p.

Steve Salin who left company Saleen and has formed new studio with laconic name SMS, has lately paid attention to "pony" from Dodge. Working in Saleen, Steve tuning basically "Mustangs", but now the legendary tuner does not hasten to represent projects on the basis of new 2010 Ford Mustang. Salin finishes modern models Challenger of corporation Chrysler. Until recently the novelty from SMS under the name 570X Challenger existed only in sketches, then there were studio photos, but, in this month the car was lighted on auto-show in New York.



Appearance of the car differs : new spoiler, other radiator enclosure of the GTX-style, the alternative tail lights, new bumper, mouldings and a new cowl, and also the chromeplated 20-inch disks. The basic difference from a factory variant – presence of the 700-strong high-efficiency power unit. Certainly, owing to a gain of such capacity, have been modernised not only some knots of the engine, but also transmission, and also system of cooling V8. Capacity in 700 h.p. manages to be received on installation facilities of mechanical supercharger SMS 296 on the 6-litre motor with system Six-Pack. The novelty price is not informed yet.
